This was our second distribution at the LRI following an earlier distribution in June 2020 when we provided the LRI with 150 fans, over 5000 bottles of water, hundreds of packets of biscuits and cereal bars and 600 bottles of hand moisturiser.
With an increase in Covid-19 cases, Leicester was the first city in England to be enforced with local lock down measures to stop the spread of the virus. Staff at the Leicester Royal Infirmary were grateful to KORT and their donors for providing these items to boost the morale of the staff.
