HELP KORT SAVE LIVES BY BUILDING THE LARGEST FREE-OF-COST HOSPITAL IN AZAD KASHMIR
The Prophet Muhammed (peace be upon him) said:
When a person dies, all their deeds end except three: a continuing charity, beneficial knowledge and a child who prays for them, (Hadith, Muslim).
With a population of 4 million people spread out over 5 thousand square miles, access to a healthcare facility is a major issue in Azad Kashmir. Those who do live near a healthcare facility are not able to afford expensive lifesaving treatments or find that the facility does not provide specialist services that they need.
To alleviate the pain of the suffering humanity in Azad Kashmir, KORT is building the largest hospital in AJK in collaboration with Indus Hospital to provide free quality healthcare for all.
This is a £10 million project which includes a 500-bed multidisciplinary hospital with a range of tertiary and secondary care services.
The hospital will be built close to the existing KORT Educational Complex along Jatlan Road in Mirpur Azad Kashmir.
This is the perfect opportunity for us to donate as Sadaqah-e-Jariyah (continuous reward) for us and our loved ones who have departed this temporary world.
Any amount of Sadaqah and Lillah is welcome.
For those who donate £1,000 towards this appeal, they will get a personalised brick tile in theirs or a loved one’s name installed at the hospital.
For those who donate a £5,400 share in a hospital ward, they can have theirs or a loved one’s name on a collective plaque which will be installed at the hospital.
