Assalamualaikum,

My name is Tasif Khan — professional boxer, World Champion, and a long‑time supporter and Ambassador of KORT. I’ve been blessed to compete on global stages and win titles, but nothing compares to the honour of taking part in something that can truly change lives.

In 2027, I will be joining the Tour de KORT Hijrah Ride — a once‑in‑a‑lifetime charity cycling journey from Makkah to Madinah, following the sacred route of the Hijrah of our beloved Prophet Muhammad ﷺ.

This is more than a physical challenge. It is a journey of faith, sacrifice, and service.

And I am dedicating every mile to a mission that urgently needs our support.

🕌 Why I’m Riding

I am taking part in this Hijrah Ride for one purpose only — to raise funds to build the much‑needed 250‑bed KORT Hospital in Azad Jammu & Kashmir (AJK).

This ride is not about fitness, competition, or personal achievement. It is about helping to build a hospital that will save lives.

Right now, thousands of families in AJK struggle to access quality healthcare. Many travel long distances, often in emergencies, because there is no major hospital in the region capable of providing the care they desperately need.

The new KORT Healthcare City will change that.

Since 2005, Kashmir Orphan Relief Trust (KORT) has been serving communities across Azad Kashmir and Pakistan through education, welfare, and humanitarian support.

Now, KORT is building its most ambitious and urgently needed project:

A 250‑bed, state‑of‑the‑art hospital in Mirpur, AJK

This hospital will provide:

• Emergency & trauma care
• Maternity & neonatal services
• Specialist clinics
• Modern diagnostics
• Affordable and accessible treatment for families across the region

This facility will serve thousands of people who currently have nowhere to turn.
