Why Should I Donate Zakat To Kort?
Many of our elder children are currently studying in Business, Medical and Law Schools.
We ensure the children get the best possible start in life as a result of our work here at Kort.
Education is at the very core of the Kort philosophy in relation to helping & developing children with the care and support they need to become the best version of themselves.
“A father gives his child nothing better than a good education” – Al-Tirmidhi
“When a man dies, all his deeds come to an end except for three, – an ongoing charity, beneficial knowledge, or a righteous son who will pray for him” (Sahih Muslim)
Kort upholds the highest standards of care and education for the children providing a clean, safe and comfortable environment, 100% of all Zakat (and other donations) go to upholding these standards.
At Kort we take security very seriously.
Our premises are manned and patrolled by security personnel 24/7 who are specialists in child protection.
There is also CCTV monitoring all entry points to the building to maximize safety.
A donation to us, whether a regular contribution or a single donation, for purposes of Zakat, Sadaqah or Lillah would not only be used to benefit the education of these orphans, but also for general childcare expenses and to fund the living standards of these orphaned children.
Ramadan is a blessed month where the blessings for each good deed are multiplied, making it a great time to pay Zakat for added benefit.
“Allah is never unjust in the least degree: If there is any good (done), He doubleth it, and giveth from His own presence a great reward.” (An-Nisaa, Chapter 4, Verse 40)
‘Who spend [in the cause of Allah] during ease and hardship and who restrain anger and who pardon the people – and Allah loves the doers of good…’ (Qur’an, 3:134)
