OUR PRIDE OUR MUSKORTEERS

One of the pillars of a successful charitable organisation is having honest hardworking volunteers.

Praise be to the Almighty, KORT has been blessed with many dedicated and passionate Muskorteers (volunteers) around the world who sacrifice their time to help with fundraising and assist with relief distributions across AJK and Pakistan.

Their purpose is to please the Almighty, earn his blessings, help the orphans in our care, and help the poor & needy people of AJK and Pakistan.

During the last 12 months, we have had individuals and teams of Muskorteers carry out the following amazing activities to raise funds for the orphans at KORT and the poor & needy people across AJK and Pakistan:

• Hike up high mountains in England Scotland, Wales, and Morocco

• Sky dive from 15,000 feet in the UK and Dubai

• Cycled from London to Paris and Derby to Leicester

• Arranged charity car washes

• Organised boxercise events

• Ran marathons

• Held days of giving at their businesses

These activities are not only fun and spiritually rewarding, but they also benefit individuals, businesses, and the charity in the following way:

• Helps strengthen bonds between friends and family

• Helps you make new friends for life

• Boosts confidence

• Helps you learn new skills

• Makes you grateful for the blessings in your life

• Helps create a purpose in life

• Helps promote businesses who sponsor these activities

• Helps the charity gain new donors/followers

We would like to thank all our Muskorteers from around the world who have truly made a massive difference not only to KORT, but to the lives of the orphans and the needy people of AJK and Pakistan.

Thank you also to all our Muskorteers who make a point to visit our orphanage in Mirpur, AJK to boost the morale of the children and staff, and to put smiles on their faces.
